We invite you to take part in our public engagement for the proposed development of the Land South of Wigan Road, Bolton.

Keepmoat Homes is proposing a new sustainable community which could potentially deliver up to C.350 much-needed new homes.
The proposed parameters plan shows how the site is being considered and being designed to respond positively to the surrounding context, creating a new high-quality residential development in the area with a wide array of housing types and tenures.
Alongside new homes, the development will deliver extensive new landscaping and publicly accessible open space. Existing hedgerows and landscape features will also be retained and enhanced where possible.
Keepmoat are committed to the delivery of Affordable Housing, with at least 50% of the proposed dwellings to be delivered in conjunction with a Local Registered Provider for truly affordable homes.
This website presents initial details of how the proposed development is evolving and is hoped with giving the community with the opportunity to provide comments which can be considered in the evolution of the proposals.
Once we have evaluated all the responses to this engagement, , an outline planning application will be submitted to Bolton Council.
